No, you're good. I know it's confusing, and it's certainly not
your fault, but that form is for events that show up on
http://php.net/cal.php. Where you want it to show up is
http://php.net/conferences/. For that, submissions are sent via
email. It could be better developed, and hopefully someday it will
be, but for now, it's the same as it has been for years. I believe
its original intention was to be baffling enough as to give anyone who
encounters it a stroke, but don't quote me on that. Could just be a
feature.
