Hello Adam,

I pushed the conference to php.net, it should come online anywhere between
10 minutes and 2 hours, based on how mirror synchronisation goes.

Since the initially provided image was a bit large (800 px width) I resized
it maintaining proportions to something that would fit. If the resize does
not work for you, you could send a smaller image and I will replace it for
you.
