Hi! While I think that I have karma for the web/php.git repository, I do not know what the process is anymore for adding something to the website. And since I neither want to break anything nor violate any process that might be in place, I have prepared a patch [1] that contains the change I would like to make.
This patch (hopefully) adds a news item about the PHP Unconference Europe 2015 event to the website. Please let me know if further work needs to be done. I am not sure, for instance, whether this patch is sufficient for the event to show up in the conference calendar.
