Reject anything not directly-involving PHP or Zend. You'll
sometimes see eBay throwing a ton of Magento things in there, and I've
always rejected those as well. Those projects have their own avenues
by which to advertise, and they don't need to take up space for
general PHP events.
Also, you'll sometimes see a lot of "BIT" conference things, or
other junk. When you do, if you have the proper karma for phpweb, you
can add the address to inc/email-validation.inc's blacklist function,
in the $mosquitoes array.
