It is useful, but this is a tricky situation. People filing tickets for
their translation might not understand what you are trying to ask them to
do. We also want to make it as easy as possible to file these tickets.

I've often noticed that translators do indeed search for these tags though,
and have frequently seen a ticket fixed shortly after having added [lang]
tags to a ticket that has been sitting there otherwise for a long time - so
its definitely useful to do.

If you figure out a way to do it in a nonintrusive yet understandable way
then go for it.
