I'm the person responsible for disapperance of this page. It was
discussed with some other members of PHP doc team and if my memory
serves right, we all agreed on deletion, as there are no releases of
ext/printer in PECL [1]. We were not aware that it is still available
somewhere. It can be restored without a problem (unless this extension
is not php4-only [2]), but I'm curious how did you obtained it.
