Hi php-webmaster, my name's Jakub Kubíček (as you probably already know) and I am 15-y-o PHP developer from Slovakia (that's the „heart“ of the Europe). I learn C at this time and want to become a *PHP Interpreter* contributor and then its developer. I like PHP much, thus I want to help with improving it.
In the near future, I would need to write an RFC, because I plan adding some new functions (like stream_wrapper_exists() and so); that's what I plan to do so far.
