Thanks, I registered again and it sent me a new password and this time I
was able to login. Not sure what happened because I already had a previous
registration email.

Alas, here is my ping for karma on the wiki :)

I don't intend to contribute code to PHP although I would likely help
improve docs as it came up if I had such access. My main contributions are
to Drupal.

I was hoping to have a vote in the RFC's but I understand if that's a
closed process for php.net developers.
