Description: ------------ Apparently, character encodings are mixed up on people.php.net. See, for instance, <https://people.php.net/?page=16>, where the name of "Johannes Schlüter" is UTF-8 encoded, while the name of "Peter Hüwe" is not (the ü is substituted by a REPLACEMENT CHARACTER).
