I'm trying to submit a useful note to the PHP manual for getopt() but I'm being notified that my IP is blacklisted as a spam IP:
--- "Your IP is listed in one of the spammers lists we use, which aren't controlled by us. More information is available at http://www.dnsbl.info/dnsbl-database-check.php?IP=xxx.xx.xx.xxx."; --- I've contributed to the manual years ago and didn't face this issue. The DNSBL database doesn't allow me to remove my IP from their list either. Any way around this? -- Thanks, Housni Yakoob
