According to http://status.php.net/, they haven't been updated
since 26 May. I'm going to be in touch with the maintainers and will
determine which one they're going to keep, but the time has come to
remove one of the two and replace it with a mirror in a different
physical location. The mirrors are consistently problematic, and with
the replication configuration, when one fails, so does the other.
