We really don't have people that are willing to maintain the conference page.
We have couple of drive by contributors that post their own
conferences, but thats about it :(

This has been an ongoing situation for a long time and the only fix I
can see is to remove the page -- but the big conferences got very
angry last time I suggested that, so I don't know what to do.

For now, if you can do the work yourself I can merge it.

$ git checkout https://github.com/php/web-php.git
Execute https://github.com/php/web-php/blob/master/bin/createNewsEntry
follow the instructions and make sure it creates a valid xml file.
git add the changes (archive.xml, the generated xml file in
entries/yyyy-mm-dd-x.xml, and if you added a picture, put it into the
requested location and git add it. make sure its size isn't unethical,
we won't resize it).

git commit the changes
git push to your fork
and create a pull request

Send the link to let us know its ready.
