I'm not familiar with the intricacies of your comcast and hosting your own mailserver or how that works. We use these blocklists because, like with many many things around here, we just don't have the manpower to do anything else. It does appear that comcast actively forbids people to run their own mailservers and has bribed the spamhaus project to ensure its users get screwed over. The filename generation is based on the current date.
