At least for me the headings are easily distinguishable from normal text. What aggravates the problem is that the titles are not a part of the block they introduce. They share different background colors. They are even separated from it by an horizontal lines. The outline of the page is completly hidden at first glance. YMMV, but for these reasons I believe most eyes need much time to find a section by its title.
