The AMQP documentation has been removed from the PHP manual, because it
has been wrong/out-dated, and the lead maintainer requested to do so,

If there are some translations still available, that would be a bug, and
should be reported via <https://bugs.php.net/>.
In fact - please don't report this. This is known bug and while it's a
shame it still strikes, there is no need to refill the report.
We have pending PR to fix that and it's all about the impact it would
cause (it means deleting thousands of URLs, not just AMQP docs). I'll
try to bring it up soon.
