Evening Hannes, I did think about adding them but was told it was a point of contention to add anyone after I added AV.
AV wanted a link to provide more concurrent builds for free, which we need for windows CI to be useful (and not a hindrance). Since I can't remove the link for AV, I've added the link for travis. Sorry if anyone finds this controversial, both of these projects do indeed expend resources on PHP for nothing in return, I think this is the least we can do for both of them.
