You are emailing a mailing list that manages the PHP.net website and
documentation, this isn't somewhere you can get support for a website you
are now managing.

You might have more luck here: http://php.net/support.php but even those
support mediums are for specific PHP questions.  You may be better trying
to find a developer local to you.
