the format in which we will need you to present the data for your
mirror's official application. Please provide:
* Your name and email address to be registered as the admin of
the mirror
* The hostname that we can use as a CNAME to reach your mirror
* The name of the hosting company, web development firm, ISP,
or academic institution (universities and state-recognized schools
only) sponsoring the mirror
* The URL of the sponsor above (NOTE: there are to be NO
THIRD-PARTY sponsors.... the maintainer MUST also be the sponsor)
In addition, there are two requirements and one recommendation:
* MUST be using PHP5 >= 5.6.12 or PHP 7 (the latest PHP
version is preferred).
* MUST have SQLite installed and available to PHP
* SHOULD have statistics installed
