[PHP-WEBMASTER] PHP.net site becomes inaccessible from Iran

Hi php guru,

I just want to confirm that PHP.net website is marked as inaccessible from
your side due to some sanction issue or something?

Here is output from Curl:

It's worth noting that IR Mirror http://ir2.php.net/ is still accessible.

It would be nice to clarify that this restriction is from our IR gov, or
applied due USA sanctions which is not uncommon.
