Hello, The php.net website was the main reference for iranians for a long time now. I remember when I was 14, I was using php.net way too much.
Recently we are experiencing issues accessing php.net. It does not respond. Ping. (With iran IP) Chrome says "ERR_CONNECTION_RESET". By any VPN it's working perfectly. I suspected that it was because of nuclear deal with USA and due to that deal it's blocked for iranian members. Please unblock or fix the issue if it's possible. I don't like to leave VPN 100% of the time ON. Thank you. Amir
