Previous Comments: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2018-06-21 05:50:20] [email protected] There are problems with some mirrors. There aren't too many so I tried them all: - News out of date: au1, ca1, ca3, hk2, my1, pl1, es1, tr2, uk3 - Not loading for me: cz1, pa1, tw2 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2018-06-21 05:46:50] [email protected] Thank you for taking the time to write to us, but this is not a bug. Please double-check the documentation available at http://www.php.net/manual/ and the instructions on how to report a bug at http://bugs.php.net/how-to-report.php The load balancer simply does not respond to ICMP echo packets. This has nothing to do with reaching php.net over HTTP. Closing this as not a bug. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2018-06-21 05:42:07] xpigeon at 163 dot com I am not use mirror site, I just open the url : http://php.net.
