ID: 49792 Updated by: ka...@php.net Reported by: phpmail at jawbone dot freeserve dot co dot uk Summary: [FR] RSS/ATOM feeds for upcoming events -Status: Verified +Status: Closed Type: Feature/Change Request Package: Website problem PHP Version: Irrelevant -Assigned To: +Assigned To: kalle Block user comment: N Private report: N New Comment: I think with the more limited support browsers are showing (like Chrome and Edge not supporting RSS by default), it may not be worth the investment to engineer this, hence the closure (sorry it came so many years late!). Previous Comments: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2009-11-04 21:44:38] bj...@php.net Sounds like a good idea ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2009-10-06 16:50:59] phpmail at jawbone dot freeserve dot co dot uk Description: ------------ User story: In my feedreader, I can add the PHP.net website, and see (and subscribe to) a list of PHP event feeds. At a minimum, events should be broken out by type (conference, meetup, etc.) and region (N. America, Europe, etc.) It would also be nice to have control over when events appear on the feed - I suggest as they're announced/added, 60 days before the event, 30 days and 7 days. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Edit this bug report at https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=49792&edit=1 -- PHP Webmaster List Mailing List (http://www.php.net/) To unsubscribe, visit: http://www.php.net/unsub.php
