ID: 49956 Comment by: php4fan at gmail dot com Reported by: wiesem...@php.net Summary: Issues with some procedural style mysqli functions Status: Assigned Type: Bug Package: Website problem PHP Version: Irrelevant Assigned To: levim Block user comment: N Private report: N New Comment: It's not "moderately fixed", it's just "very partially fixed". You have only fixed that the url https://www.php.net/mysqli_num_fields works, but if you type "mysqli_num_fields" it will show no autocomplete suggestions, and even if you submit, the search will find no results. For some other mysqli_xxx functions, autocomplete won't show them but the search does find the result and serve the corresponding page. Others yet work completely. However, the root cause is not yet fixed. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2016-12-16 16:25:16] c...@php.net Related To: Bug #73752 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2016-05-25 17:09:24] hellsing at index dot hu This bug is already 6.5 years old and it still makes it harder to a procedural programmer to find documentation of mysqli functions. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2015-08-27 19:55:55] asphp at dsgml dot com This should not be closed, the bug is not fixed. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ The remainder of the comments for this report are too long.
