I'm opening this ticket so that I can document the problem as I attempt to debug it. Nothing seems obvious from the code so far. Test script: --------------- To reproduce the issue simply go to any manual page and attempt to place a vote on any of the user contributed notes. Expected result: ---------------- The expected response is for the vote to go through successfully.
