I know the https://pecl.php.net/get/ssh2 works, but since tools like Scrutinizer, composer and other automatic tools relies on what you put in this page (or another I admit I don't know), the url https://pecl.php.net/get/ssh2-1.2.tgz should work. Please notice that the url https://pecl.php.net/get/ssh2-1.1.tgz works.
