i discovered the next information:
phpstorm references the link
https://php.net/manual/en/function.http-redirect.php and the link returns 404
also the page with Ukrainian language was appeared in google search. but
nothing else.

Ah, docs.php.net!
The reason for this is that the documentation of the http
extension has been removed quite a while ago on request of the
extension maintainer who set up the documentation on
<https://mdref.m6w6.name/http>. Furthermore, the Ukrainian
translation has been removed some time ago, because of being
out-dated. However, docs.php.net still builds all translations,
since it is mostly supposed for the documentation/translation
maintainers and as staging area for the docs.
TL;DR: use the pecl_http documentation available at
<https://mdref.m6w6.name/http>.
I think we should adapt <http://docs.php.net/robots.txt> to
disallow access to /manual/ altogether.
