Hi Mike.

There is a list of "trusted developers" maintained in the web-bugs repo
[1], which gives access to things like seeing private bugs and deleting
comments.  Just having a PHP.net account is not enough.

I have added you to this list [2] so you can remove the spam in future: if
anyone objects, please let us know.
