Description:
------------
Would be really useful if we can add "project" listing to bugsweb.

Primary usecase being organizing bugs better, making it easier to search for a
bug report "I have experience with"/"want to deal with".
F.e. searching for a project "website", and then selecting which website.

The project could be selected first, and then the package combobox would filter
out irrelevant things for that project.

Example projects and their packages
 - PHP (packages = extname)
 - PECL (packages = pecl packages)
 - Website (packages = www, mirrors, docs, edit, rmtool, bugs, master, ...)
 - Docs (packages = translation)
 - Utils (packages = phpize, phd, docbuild, ...)
 - Systems (packages = svn, email, rsync, mirrors, ...)

Currently the package listing is a bit weird and difficult to use (not to
mention you have to scroll through it, can't select it and type and extname),
especially since the extension listing doesn't use the same organization as the
documentations - nor the same names for the extensions..

The version information should also be moved after the 'package', and probably
not visible for certain projects (such as website and systems).
