Correction: they exist as newsgroups, they're just marked as inactive in the colobus config. Also, php.qa.primary-tester can safely be made inactive, it's no longer being used by the release team. Confirmed here: https://github.com/php/php-src/commit/fe6263e2437b312f9a8b685013cf194f31238a38 Jim
