Hi: I'm not sure if this is the correct address to inform about this problem.
I cannot download any PEAR package using the manual download link of PEAR packages because the DNS server has no entry for download.pear.php.net If I hack my DNS resolution editing the `/etc/hosts` file adding `109.203.101.62 download.pear.php.net` I can download packages without problems.
