Most usb flash drives are mounted as any other disk drive and you can use
PHP to read and write files the same way as you use a hard disk.

Thanks to all who chipped in.

I'm going with John Asendorf's '$pages = ereg_replace ( "[^0-9cdilmvx,]" ,
"-" , $pages);' which works for me.

Yes, because it is not a valid pagerange character.

Cheers, and thanks for saving me from having to learn how that all works.

Howcome is it impossible to get a version of PHP that is compiled with
the -DEAPI flag to avoid the warning

Loaded DSO php/sapi/php4apache.dll uses plain Apache 1.3 API, this module
might crash under EAPI! (please recompile it with -DEAPI)

I have seen so many posts concerning this issue - but no one seems to have a
uptodate website with the newest php version compiled with -DEAPI.

 Thomas

Hi,

I am using PHP version 4.1.1. I attempted to connect to LDAP server without SSL. It
worked fine. When I attempted to connect to Secure port with SSL certification, I am
getting an error "Unbale to bind to server".

Can you please help me in doing a work around for this?

Regards,
Mohan Sundar.
