32bit PHP available at http://windows.php.net/download/ runs well on Windows
2008 x64 with IIS 7.
There is also a 64bit build of PHP available here: http://windows.php.net/qa/
but I have not heard about any benefits of using it comparing to 32bit. Also,
it is a QA build, not the final release build.
