If there is a FAQ, I've never found it. However, the list is archived daily
(twice daily?) on php.net and you can search the archive if you can be
bothered!

Anyone know who to contact about setting up a FAQ on php.net? Or has anyone
got a reliable site with space (and the time to manage) a FAQ? I'd quite
happily manage the FAQ, but the only reliable sites I've got are on
commercial servers and I can't take the traffic hit.
I've only been reading the list for a couple of months or so, and am already
seeing the same questions cropping up again and again. There's loads of
people out there (hopefully including me) who are more than willing to try
and give answers, but a FAQ really would help to filter out the 'How can I
run PHP on Windows 98' RTFM! type of things.
