If you are using PHP as an ISAPI module, you need to restart the web service after
making changes to php.ini. The file is only read on startup.

php_mssql70.dll can be in \winnt\system32 or in yoy php directory (c:\php4). It is
important that your extension_dir in php.ini points to the right place. default is ./
and that indicates that php_mssql70.dll should be in the sam directory as php.exe (and
all other php binaries).

In order to use MS SQL server from a web server you also need to install a MS SQL
Client (from the cd) or at least copy ntwdblib.dll to \winnt\system32.
