After hunting on phpbuilder, php.net and phpwizard, I finally found
something on Zend...
It seems that if an extension (in my and someone else's case the oci8.dll)
doesn't load... this is a result...
Now all I have to do is figure out why the dll won't load...
Aaarrrrghhh!
