Hi,
change the following lines:
from
ScriptAlias /php/ "php"
to
ScriptAlias /php/ "c:/path/to/your/php/directory/"
and the third line from
Action application/x-httpd-php "php/php.exe"
to
Action application/x-httpd-php "/php/php.exe"
At the end reboot Apache.
