[PHP-WIN] ob_gzhandler

First off, has the issue with the big memory problem with ob_gzhandler in
4.0.4 been fixed in PL1? (There isn't a changelog for PL1)

Secondly, what level of compression does ob_gzhandler use by default (1-9)?
Is there any way to specify it?
