> $query="SELECT * FROM session where(user='$user_');";
> $rez=mysql_query($query,$db);

try it like this.
$query = "SELECT * FROM session WHERE user='$user'"; // without the first
colon
$rez = mysql_query($query, $db) or die(mysql_error());
