[PHP-WIN] 500 error

I've installed PHP and MySQL on my Win2K Pro box according to
a doc I got (thanks).
Accessing a php-doc results in

The page cannot be displayed 
There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot
be displayed. 


Any ideas?
