hello,
crypt() is currently only supported by UNIX like OS
there are possibilities to run crypt using a perl int. or
using this lib
http://www.penguin.cz/~martinmv/libcrypt-win32.tar.bz2
I never tried it out but some people says that it works fine
check the manual for setup
