I's probably in your setup. What have you put into apache's httpd.conf to
set up php. Also what are your directory setups in php.ini. Finally, are you
using php.exe, or php4apache.dll?

A while ago I made an announcement of my http server. The program
is now updated to have HTTP compression capability and to correct
important security problems.

Orenosv HTTP server 0.3.2
http://hp.vector.co.jp/authors/VA027031/orenosv/index_en.html

Changes: support for HTTP compression, filename security fixes,
         more quick-start info in readme.txt.

The program is still in development quality but any comments from
PHP users here are greatly appreciated.

What is Orenosv?
An HTTP server that is optimized for NT4/Win2K. Multi-processed
hosting of ISAPI extensions for stability. Bandwidth
throttling that can support hundreds of users downloading.
Disk-based output buffering for early release of application
resources. HTTP compression of both static and dynamic contents.

Thank you
Masato
