I did spend some time fixing up the bindlib_w32 some months back (in preparation for just this fix) - but I never did check in any changes to the PHP code (mostly beacuse I did not know who manages the bindlib_w32 code stored on the PHP.net web server). And I have to say that I did not bother with Win9x/ME on the fixes either. If some industrious indiidual wants to finish the job - just let me know and I will fire off the bindlib changes. Or I can finish it if anyone knows how to get the bindlib changes into the php.net Win32 build tar ball.
