Not sure I understand the sequence of commands. (this is in Windows 98)
Start/ Programs/ MS-DOS Prompt/ then... 1. cd c:\mysql\bin 2. mysqld-shareware --standalone 3. mysqladmin I then get the "Welcome to the mysq monitor..." Where do I type in the command: mysqladmin > out.txt and how do I save it to a folder - or how do I go about viewing it?
