be sure to enable the mssql.dll in your php.ini under the extensions section. And be sure your extensions path is set, which soudn like it is. Then, be sure you have the appropriate mssql.dll .. the one I have works fine with mssql 2000. So, if you want me to send you the dll I have, let me know.
