Ok so I've installed IIS but for some weird reason no one off my IP block (namely 24.167.*.*) can't view my website. Which basically means only those on my isp. :-( If anyone knows why IIS hates me and how I can make it love me, please let me know... if it helps I'm on Time Warner Road Runner (although my friend doesn't have this problem on the ISP) and my ip is http://24.167.121.204/
