This seems to be a common theme for PHP4.2.1. I'm running on Win2k and seeing the same problem, as is another poster (see: "Form Problem".) Given that several people are seeing the same thing, it does seem to indicate a problem with PHP 4.2.1 and not our individual installations. I hope that someone can contribute an answer to this.
