I know I had problems with loading php_curl.dll and the solution was to copy
certain dlls into my system32 folder. Hope that helps.

I want to use php_openssl.dll on an windows os with IIS.
The system "halt" when uncommenting the
;extension=php_openssl.dll
In my php.ini it says:
extension_dir = c:\php
And the exension is there : c:\php\php_openssl.dll
Have anyone any idea what could be wrong ??
