Hi Jack, I had the same problem, but PHP 4.2.3 and Apache 2.0.43 dont work together. PHP 4.2.3 works fine with Apache 2.0.40 though. I have had that up and running for a while and it worked perfect. I now have Apache 2.0.43 and PHP 4.3.0 RC 2 running on my windows XP machine and it works fine. Hope this helps,
