Haha! It's funny you mention that, it's exactly what I'm trying to install.
I really want to implement Horde locally on my mail server, and I figured I
would use this program called Sokkit (http://www.sokkit.net). But before I
buy the program, I want to know if it's going to work! I havn't been able
to get a straight answer out of anybody. I just wish PHP would mention why
this doesn't work, or fix it and announce it, or at least tell me what I'm
doing wrong!! lol. In any case, anyone test out PHP 4.3? Does this work
with the gettext extension on Windows?

hmmm
well I guess it doesn't always happen
it happens when HTTP headers like
Cache-Control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate, post-check=0,
pre-check=0
and
Pragma: no-cache
are sent.
try to sniff out that site via telnet http requests and see if it sends any
of these. Some script might be doing it. If it doesn't then, umm, whoops :}
Anyway, guess it can be some sort of track, too.

Hello, I just tried to install PHP 4.3.0 with Apache 1.3.27 on my Win XP
computer exactly as it is told in the installation file that is online
and included in the zip file and I get the following error:
[warn] Loaded DSO c:/php/sapi/php4apache.dll uses plain Apache 1.3 API,
this module might crash under EAPI! (please recompile it with -DEAPI)
