double config statements for application/x-httpd-php content types
weird alias for C:/php4.3.0-win32 sumthing
c:/chuck thingy that didn't make sense...
removed comments as well. if you want to know what does what,
check the *.conf-dist files and/or manual
if this doesn't run, there are 2 possibillities:
1: rename that C:/php4.3.0-win32 sumthing dir to C:/PHP
and copy the php4ts.dll to your windows dir
2: your apache installation is borked.
